Poultry meat is an easily digestible protein source with low fat content. It provides essential amino acids, B‑vitamins, and minerals such as zinc and iron, supporting muscle development and a balanced diet. Poultry organs—heart, liver, gizzard, and neck—additionally supply vitamins A, D, B₂, B₃, B₅, B₆, and B₁₂, as well as folic acid, protein, and trace elements. Vitamin D is especially abundant in the liver.
Amaranth is a gluten‑free pseudocereal that delivers easily digestible carbohydrates, plant‑based protein, and fiber. It also contains important minerals like iron, magnesium, and calcium, along with B‑vitamins, contributing to a balanced nutrition.
